All year round, the logistics teams of 1Parfumerija.lt use the best of their resources to ensure quality delivery, on time. Once your order has been validated, the team entrusts it to the preparation teams and the carriers so that you are delivered as soon as possible.
Preparing my package
With GLS delivery, for any order placed before 11 a.m. from Monday to Friday, your package will be shipped from our warehouses the same day.
The standard delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days. For any order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the delivery time is from the first working day that follows.
Delivery GLS is offered on all items in our store.
During the checkout process, you'll be given the option to choose how your items are delivered. If you don't see a particular delivery option, then it's not available for your order. Locate your country and preferred delivery method in the table below to see how we calculate your delivery costs.
Orders may be delivered by various carriers but it isn't possible to choose which carrier will deliver your order.
VAT is charged on delivery rates for goods delivered within the European Union (EU). The delivery rates listed above are inclusive of any applicable VAT. When you place your order the summary page will display the VAT charged on your delivery rate.
If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may also be subject to customs charges

Deliveries to Switzerland without VAT will be calculated by our shop, but a shipping is only up to a value of 99, - EUR net possible. From a value of 100, - EUR net fall of customs formalities, we unfortunately can not offer you. However, a split your order into several individual orders is possible. In your shopping cart you have the option between control area EU countries and non-EU country to choose. The shop system assigns you from the net without German VAT. The Swiss customs will charge you when the package is delivered, the legal Swiss VAT and any applicable Swiss customs fees. These costs will not be refunded by us.
Delivery: Expected to ship in 2-3 business days after payment. The buyer bears the shipping costs.

Once the goods have been delivered, you will hold them at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction. How do I know that the package is on the way and when it should arrive? After receipt of payment to our account the delivery of the goods takes place, and you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking number. We ship with GLS courier. The delivery time after payment is usually 1-2 business days. There are no deliveries on weekends are possible. If you order on TH or FR, you can expect delivery until the beginning of next week.

Every shipment is insured, the carrier shall be liable for the goods. Upon receipt of the goods please make immediate damage to packaging and confirm the delivery person may leave in a damage report. Otherwise we can not accept any complaints. If the package was lost, we will send you a new package. What happens if I'm not home during delivery? In this case, the GLS courier your package either from your neighbors / family leave, or the package will be delivered in the local GLS Parcel Shop. You will be notified of this GLS, so you can pick up the package or arrange a redelivery. You can change the date of delivery or the delivery address on the specified phone number. Please enter your delivery address as possible to the address where you are during the day to reach 8-17 clock. So you can facilitate the delivery of your goods.
If another person (neighbor, family member, ...) accepts the packet, it has to immediately pay attention to packaging damage and may be confirmed by the delivery agent in a damage report. Caution Please check with the acquisition of the status of the shipment packaging. In case of any doubt, please refuse the shipment and inform us immediately so that we can discuss the next action. We also recommend that you unpack the shipment after the payment before the courier.
If you accept the mission and discover damage or a loss of the products, we can no longer absorb the complaint between you and the delivery company. More Complaints can not be considered by us.
