What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please contact us.
Every effort is made to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, customers should notify us within three working days by telephone or email and should return the goods to us in the original packaging within seven days so that we can replace them. Reasonable postage costs will be repaid to the customer for the return of damaged goods.
Returned goods remain the customer's responsibility during transit and until signed for by us. Goods must be returned complete including all packaging.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund, www.1Perfumery.co.uk will credit your credit/debit card, provided the products are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, are in a re-saleable condition, unopened and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund the costs for any return postage you may incur.
Any order may be cancelled within seven days of being placed, upon written notification. Where orders are cancelled prior to dispatch, no postage charges shall be levied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders cannot be cancelled once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.
If you have not received your order within 15 working days from the dispatch date, you should contact Customer Services. If we are unable to locate the missing product we will send you a replacement

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 10 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money.
Please contact our customer service team before returning any item. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage unless the goods were faulty at the time of delivery or the order was incorrect. We advise that you send items back by either recorded or special delivery.
We will ensure that your credit card is credited within 30 days for any returned items.
